UKRMP: Engineering and exploiting the stem cell niche was part of a successful bid led by Stuart Forbes, Professor of Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine at the University of Edinburgh’s MRC Centre for Regenerative Medicine (CRM): a hub for Engineering and exploiting the stem cell niche. The £4.5M research project, which started at the end of 2013, will be carried out in collaboration with the University of Manchester, Imperial College London, University of Bristol, King’s College London, University of Strathclyde, Keele University and the University of Cambridge.
